Kiwi-Mint Auga Fresca



Ingredients

6 ripe kiwis, peeled and halved
4 cups water
3 Tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
5 Tbsp agave syrup
2 Tbsp chopped fresh mint, plus extra whole leaves for garnish

Instructions

Combine kiwi, water, lemon juice, agave syrup, and chopped mint in a blender and process until smooth. Serve over ice and garnish with whole mint leaves.
